Break a Habit

 

Happy New Year to all.  Wow!  A year has passed, again.  Where did it go to?  I am beginning to believe that the older I get the faster time flies.  Do you agree?

 

With the New Year, we all make New Year’s Resolutions only to keep them for a SHORT period of time and then we slide back into our old habits.  The very ones we wanted to break.  Right?!!  But this year I wanted it to be different, so I’ve made my “resolutions” known to God in prayer and asked Him for his help. 

 

Well, I didn’t get any earth shattering revelations …. Like God talking to me in Charlton Heston verbiage, but I knew He would Not let me down.

Later, I was doing dishes in my kitchen, when I got the feeling that I should turn the TV on.  I tried to resist this idea because, like you, I had things I needed to accomplish and one of them was not turning on the television. BUT, that thought continued to play over and over again in my head until I gave in. 

Reluctantly, I turned on the television and Joseph Prince was talking about this being the new year and breaking bad habits.  (I laughed at myself thinking how Great is My God.  He was answering my prayer.)

 

He was talking about breaking bad habits once and for all.  He said the word “habit” is spelled:  H – A – B – I – T.  Take away the “H” and you have:  A – B – I – T.  A bit is a controlling device.  For example – a bit in the mouth of a horse controls him.  Take away the “a” and you have B – I – T.  Again you have something that restrains or doesn’t allow you to do what you want to do.  Lastly, take away the “I”.  The I is you.  We are our biggest enemy.  But, if you take away the “I” (or the you) in the mix, we are left with the "t" or the cross.  Jesus is the answer.  He came to deliver us from ourselves into to a life more abundant.  We need to look to Him to help us make the changes permanent.  We can not do it in our own strength.  He is our strength!  That’s why year after year we fail.  Make the change permanent this year – look to Him.  Amen.

12/28/17  Answered Prayer?

 

Are you still going through a situation that continues to plague you?  Have you been praying for God to answer your prayers and it seems that He isn’t answering them?  Do you have doubts that perhaps you haven’t done enough for Him?  So you go through the list:  Have I not forgiven someone that I should have.  Are my tithes current?  Have I had an argument with my spouse that I haven’t made amends to?  Have I been kind to people (friends, family, a stranger)?  And the list goes on.

 

Stop it! Just stop it!  What you are doing is letting the evil one put doubts in your mind about who you are in Christ.  God says He will never leave me nor forsake me even when I sin.  God says the battle is His, not mine.  God says He is working ALL things out for my good and His glory.  God says He will deliver me out of ALL of my troubles.  God says no weapon formed against me shall prosper.  God says I am delivered from the power of darkness.  God says He will NEVER condemn me.  God says by His stripes I am healed.

 

Ok, then why do these things persist.  First, we don’t know who we are in Christ.  We desperately need to know this because the evil one will come and put doubts in your mind just as he did with Jesus when He went into the wilderness for 40 days. He does the same thing to us today.  He condemns us.  He puts doubts into our minds to make us believe that we are not good enough, that God is too busy for us, etc.

 

Second, we need to know the covenant we are under today.  When Christ died on the cross, we came into a new covenant called Grace.  In the old covenant, better known as the law, the burden was on you and me to keep the law in order to get God’s blessings.  In the new covenant, the burden is now with God, not us.  Now God says, you are my people and I am your God and abundant grace is given to us. 

 

Third and very importantly, God says we need to rest in Him!  God says to pray and make your requests known to Him, so do that, but after we have done that we need to “rest” and let God handle it.  When we are worried about our situation whatever it is, we stop God from handling it.  It is like a garden hose that is connected to a faucet with water flowing out of it and going through the hose and coming out the other end. The water is flowing, flowing, flowing.  However, when we worry about our situation and try to help God out, as if He needs our help, it is as if we put our foot down on the hose.  Then what happens?  The flow of water is either STOPPED or just TRICKLES out.  Now ask yourself, do I want a constant flow of God’s help or do I want to STOP GOD from working things out?  Of course, the answer is A CONSTANT FLOW OF GOD’S HELP.  Then take your foot off the hose and rest! 

 

Lastly, rest doesn’t mean to do nothing.  Rest means to stop worrying, believe, and stand on God’s Word.  That is easier said then done you say.  I agree.  When that feeling comes over you (that you need to take it out of God’s hands and put it back in yours), do this – Say, I am the righteousness of God thru Christ Jesus.  I thank You, God, that Your word says You are making the crooked way straight.  I thank You that the Word says that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, therefore, _________ (put in your situation) has come against me and their tongue which rises against me in judgment I shall condemn.  I thank You that Your Word says that God delivers me out of ALL of my troubles.  I thank You that Your Word says that poverty has no dominion over me.  I thank You that Your Word says You are my provider, my defense, my healer.  But most of all, I thank You for You.  You are the Great I Am!  Amen.

12/27/17  Changing of the Guard

 

Praise God!  He has moved us from the old into the new.  Yes, there was a changing of the guard during Christmas!  Can’t you feel it? 

 

There is once again excitement in the air!  There is abundance in the air!  Those things that have held you back are gone! Oppression, depression, and poverty – GONE!  We have moved into abundance of His grace.

 

Sin has no dominion over you because you are under grace.  (Romans 6:14)  Sickness, therefore, has no dominion over you.  Poverty has no more dominion over you.  Nothing or no one has dominion over you.  Amen.

 

God is my righteousness,

                  my health,

                        my hiding place,

                               my defense,

                                     my protector,

                                           my provider.

12/7/2017      Roaring Lions

 

The devil is going about this earth, like a roaring lion, to see whom he may devour.  I’ll tell you it seems like that to me and it is happening to the body of Christ as well.  Over the past several months the people of God are in a fight for their very lives.  The devil knows that God’s people are about to come into abundance like they have never seen before and he doesn’t want it to happen.  He is fighting us with every weapon under the sun that is at his disposal. 

 

Does it feel like you just get through fighting one battle and another one rises up against you.  Sometimes you just get exhausted fighting, but don’t give up now!  You are about to come into God’s abundance. 

 

Maybe some of the battles began little and you just didn’t realize at the time that it was a battle, but then when the next one hits it’s bigger than the last one and so it goes on and on and on.  Maybe the evil one is putting doubts in your mind that you are NOT a child of God.  That God is too busy to be bothered with you.  Wow!  What a lie that is!  But a lot of us fall for that.  Don’t! 

 

Perhaps he has hit you with financial problems, sickness, a fall, a major accident, an addiction, a rebellious child, marriage problems, gossip that isn’t true, a court issue, been scammed and/or identity theft, an issue at work or with your business, and the list goes on.  You get the idea, right?

Well, don’t give up.  Fight back with the Word of God.  God’s power is behind His Word.  It will knock the devil out!  Believe it!

 

Say, I am the righteousness of God thru Christ.  No weapon formed against me shall prosper and every tongue which rises against me in judgment I shall condemn.  Therefore, by God’s Word, no weapon that ___________ forms against me shall prosper and their tongue which rises against me in judgment I now condemn. 

 

My body is raging with health and life..

 

Don’t let the devil put doubts in your head that God is against you or won’t help you this time.  Remember, the devil tried to do that to Jesus, but Jesus knew who He was.  The first time the devil tried to do that to Jesus was just after John had baptized Jesus. God said, THIS IS MY BELOVED SON IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED.  Then the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness for 40 days.  The devil said to Jesus, IF YOU ARE THE SON OF GOD, do this.  He was trying to put doubts in Jesus’ head as to who He was.  He will try that on you too.  You need to know who you are in Christ. Say, I am the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ.  I cast down every vain imagination and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.  God delivers me out of ALL of my troubles. God delivers me from the power of darkness.  I am the son/daughter of God, therefore, my God is bigger than any situation that comes against me. God said He would NEVER leave me nor forsake me even when I fail, when I sin, or when I am weak.  He said He would be with me forever.

 

God said, sin has no more dominion over me because I’m under grace.  Sickness has no more dominion over me.  Poverty has no more dominion over me. Jesus said that as He is so am I in this world. Jesus is free from disease and sickness then so am I in this world.  Jesus is debt free then so am I in this world.  I have the favor of God upon me forever.  God surrounds me with abundance.  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.  God said I am a winner and I am. 

 

God’s word is sharper than a two-edged sword.  You are a warrior so use your sword to cut the enemy down to his knees.  God gave us dominion over this world.  Use it in Jesus name.  Don’t forget to thank Him for making you a winner.  Believe it. 

 

I believe by this Christmas a change is coming to the body of Christ.  Look for it!  Believe it, for it shall surely come to pass.

The Battle is the Lord’s

The other day I heard a teaching about the Battle being the Lord’s and not ours by Joseph Prince.  I have summarized this message because I believe it is for us today from the Lord.

 

Even though what you have been praying for has not come to pass, tell God, I thank You I am at rest because You are fighting this battle for me.  When we rest, what we are telling God is that we believe in His Word.  The devil cannot corrupt us with unbelief. 

 

The Bible tells us that “things that are seen are temporary, but those not seen are eternal.”  Those things that we can use our 5 senses on – see, hear, smell, touch, and taste - are temporary.  Therefore, that marriage that is in trouble is seen or temporary.  Any health issues you might have is seen, therefore, it is temporary. That financial issue is temporary.   That car you need to trade in for a better gas mileage car is temporary.  Spiritual things are not seen, but are eternal according to God. 

 

How do we enter God’s rest?  By believing God.  Having faith in Him!

 

Say, “God, I believe in the invisible.  I see my marriage healed.  I see my body healed.  I see my bank account jammed, crammed, and full of money.” 

 

Jesus was born in Bethlehem.  A Key here is – lechem (bread, feed)       lacham in Hebrew means fight, war.  Bethlehem means bread.  Jesus said He was the Bread of Life.  We are to feed on bread.  Bread is the word of God.  We are to feed on the WORD of God.  Feeding is fighting the enemy.  We don’t fight by fighting the enemy, we fight by feeding.  We eat God’s word and the enemy is defeated. Feeding is winning!

 

I Tim 6:12  Fight the good fight of faith.  Fight to remain in faith.  When in the battle pray – “Thank You, Father, the battle is Yours.  I keep my eyes on You.  Thank You, Father, that you have overcome this problem for me.  God, You said, I win!!”

 

Every time there is a battle or difficulty say, under your breath, “The battle is not mine; it is the Lord’s.”

You fight by not fighting.  When the devil gives you pain in your body, say – I am already healed.  Why? Because in reality what the devil is trying to do is steal your healing.  God’s word says, “By His stripes you are healed!”  You are being healed continuously every moment of every day.  Not tomorrow or yesterday, but every moment of the day you are healed. 

 

Keep Jesus the focus of whatever situation you are in.  Too much power is given to the devil and he does not deserve it.  Jesus does!  Jesus has made things so simple for us that we, as people, think it is too good to be true so we try to help God out.  Whenever you try to do things for yourself, God will take His hands off the situation and let you go for it.  But, when you “rest” in Him, God says, that’s my kid.  Now I’ll work a miracle for him because He believes in Me. 

 

God will bring it to pass bigger and better than whatever you could think or imagine.  You don’t have to struggle!  You don’t have to beg!  You don’t have to pray hard prayers!  God is not deaf.  He will hear your prayer and will bring it to pass Suddenly! 

 

I’m a living breathing testimony that He did it for me when the impossible appeared to be just that - impossible.  He brought it all to me.  God is no respecter of persons.  What He did for me, He will do for you.

5/10/16 God's Healing Power

 

The other day I heard a powerful message from Joseph Prince that had an impact on me.  I would now like to share that message with you. 

 

Under the old covenant, if you break one of the 10 Commandments you were cursed (Deut. 28) even to the 3^rd and 4^th generation.  Many believers think they are under the law.  The purpose of sickness is to destroy!  Nowhere in the Bible will you find that sickness is to make you strong.  That is a lie right out of the pit of hell and what’s strange is many people have believed that lie.  I’ve heard people say that because of their sickness, God is making you strong or teaching them something.  No! No, a thousand times NO!  In Deut 28:27 it is very evident that you are to be destroyed or punished for your sins (breaking God’s law). 

 

The good news is that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law (Gal 3:13-14).  So, now these things do not apply to us anymore.  We are under God’s blessings!  Grace!  Favor!  Why is it today that we have believers, sincere believers, people who love God and who run businesses with honesty and integrity, get sick?

In the new covenant, God says, you are the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ.  God says, “I will be merciful to their unrighteousness and their sins I will remember no more”.  In the old covenant, it is all about you doing your part.  All man and not God. In the new covenant, God says, I shall ….”.  In the new covenant it is all about God and not you.  The only requirement is -  believe in Jesus Christ and that He will do what He said He will do.  In the new covenant, it is all about God doing and not man.  OK then how do we get into trouble under the new covenant?  I still hear some of you saying, because of sin.  No, there is no sin in the new covenant because God says, “He remembers your sins no more.” 

 

When Jesus went to the cross God put all of your sins – past, present, and future on Jesus.  It was a once and for all time done at the cross.  Jesus even said, “it is finished.”  That means DONE!  A Holy God can no longer see nor remember your failures, your sins, your wrong thoughts, not anything you have done wrong!  Amen!  God can only see the good that you do!  You cannot believe in half law and half grace.  That is confusion and as we all know that comes from the enemy. 

 

The old law was given through Moses, God’s servant.  The new covenant was given through Jesus Christ, His Son.  Jesus will not share His House with a servant!  Jesus said it like this – you cannot put new wine (new covenant) into old wine skin (old covenant). 

 

This is why people are losing out on the blessings.  If you go to Hebrews and read the “Hall of Faith”, you will remember that they all failed.  BUT, when you read about them, you will NOT find a record of their sins.  For example:  Abraham, when God told Abraham he was going to have a child.  What did he do?  He laughed and Sarah laughed.  Why?  Because they looked at the circumstances – how old their bodies were.  They also got impatient and Abraham, at the encouragement of Sarah, went and conceived a child by another woman.  Yet, if you read the Hall of Faith verses, none of that is recorded.  In fact, it says that it was counted to Abraham as righteousness because he believed God.  What?  Are you kidding?  Why did God say that?  Because heaven only records the good that you do.  What a wonderful life.  No one records our failures/sins.  It is no more SIN, but SON!  God sees His Son as good, therefore, you are good. 

 

All right then why do some believers suffer the curse?  Gal 5:4  “Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; you are fallen from grace.”  In other words, if you are trying to be justified by the law then you don’t need Christ in your life.  However, remember God said in His word that the law was the ministry of death.  But it is your choice as to which one you want to live under.  Jesus will take His hand of blessings away and let you have the law (old covenant).  Hanging on to the old covenant means you will fall from GRACE. Favor is higher than grace.  Favor is higher than the law. 

 

In the Bible, the ones who received their healing were sinners.  The only ones who couldn’t receive were the Sadducees and the pharoses.   The more self-righteous you are the more you don’t need Jesus.  I can obey God and get my own self-righteousness and God will bless me.  The Israelites believed that they could do that and they failed. 

 

Those who followed Jesus were tax collectors, prostitutes, and the social outcasts.  They all received what Jesus gave.  Their sins can not stop the flow of blessings and healing into their lives.  Jesus is greater than sin.  Once Jesus touched them, a tax collector didn’t remain a tax collector nor did a prostitute remain a prostitute.  Wow!  That is fantastic!  The same power that heals is the same power that sets things right!  The law was given by Moses, but favor and truth came through Jesus Christ.  God’s favor in your life will fix anything that has gone wrong. 

 

I know I’ve talked mostly about healing, but God’s favor is not limited to that.  God’s favor will bring that rebellious son/daughter home, fix your marriage, sew up any division in your family, make your business soar like an eagle.  God’s favor is stronger than the law!  Amen.

 

God is thrilled when someone comes to Him and asks for His help.  God is always willing to give us more than we could ever hope or dream.  It has never been recorded in the Bible that anyone ever asked Him for more than He was willing to give.  God never said, you have asked too much.  I cannot do that.  I won’t have enough for the others.  You are just too greedy.  No, God never said those words.  [Joseph Prince said to God one day – Go ahead and pour on me and God did!]

 

It is not about you; it is about Jesus supplying your needs according to His riches.  Many of us believe that God will only meet your need, but not your wants or desires.  That’s a lie too because in the 23^rd Psalm it says, The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want.  Further proof that God wants to supply your wants and desires – the first miracle Jesus did was turn water into the BEST wine at a friend’s wedding.  That was a luxury blessing.  It wasn’t healing, or casting out devils, or someone died and needed to be resurrected.  It was a luxury blessing. 

When the Disciples were in the boat and the storm was at its peak.  Peter say Jesus walking on the water.  Peter said, if that is you, Jesus, ask me to come to where You are.  So, Jesus said, come, and Peter walked on water.  You can ask God for anything even if it sounds absurd.  Jesus will tell you – Come!  If you can believe Me for it, you can have it.  God will never say, No to you.  God loves it when you ask Him for big things.

Mat 8:16 “When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed and He cast out spirits with a word and HEALED THEM ALL . . .”  He never told them it wasn’t their time, come back another day. 

 

Mat 12:15 And great multitude followed Him and He HEALED THEM ALL.”  I am sure that in the great multitude there was someone who hadn’t forgiven someone for something or was angry with their spouse before they left home or they had other marriage issues or not honest or had bad thoughts or at least there was someone who wasn’t perfect.  Yet, Jesus healed them all!

 

You know, before Jesus died these people were not even Christian.  Christianity came after the cross.  That tells me that Jesus is willing to heal all.  That means that you and I can pray for someone you may know or don’t know and Jesus will heal them.  You can walk up to someone who is in pain and say, would you like me to pray for you?  I’ve seen Jesus do miracles.  Can I just pray for you?  You don’t have to be a Christian for me to pray for you.  Pray for them.  You will be surprised what God does.  After praying for them, then walk away.  If they are healed, they will run after you. 

 

Most of the time when people don’t get their healing it is because of doubt.  You need to find out what that doubt is.  If they don’t know, then tell them to go home and ask God to show them what the doubt they have is. 

When you say that if it is my time to go, I am ready to go.  No, that is doubt speaking.  It is God’s will for you to be healed.  When God want you home, He will say, Come, and you will go.  Your leaving this earth with a disease in your body does not bring glory to Jesus. 

 

Jesus did not go to the hospitals in that day and healed everyone.  No, He healed all of those who came to Him no matter where He was.  We need to start believing that God heals people today!  Even in our workplace or in our families. 

 

After Jesus had gong to heaven in Acts 5:16 “a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits and THEYE WERE ALL HEALED.” 

So, now we know that healing was not meant for only Jesus to do on this earth, but He was still healing people after He went to heaven. 

 

We need to see a God who stands ready to love us, to give to us, who wants to heal us more than we want to be healed.  Can you see a Savior who loves you so much He went all the way to the cross?  He loves you so much that He would rather go to the cross and suffer than go to heaven without you.  God’s desire is for you to prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers.  It is NOT a blessing to be sick.  God sent Jesus to make you well.  He died for all the penalties of sin that causes sickness.  It is time for you to be healed.  We have a God who is more willing to give, than receive.  This is our God!!!

 

Father in Heaven, in Jesus Name, increase my capacity to receive more from You.   Your favor, Your grace.  So increase my capacity to receive healing for my body, peace for my mind, prosperity for my finances, wellbeing for my family.  Thank You, Father, in Jesus might name.  Amen.

 

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I rebuke every sickness and every disease.  I command every disease germ, every virus and bacteria to die right now in your body.  I command every spirit of infirmity, every disease to loose you now and be gone from you.  I command your bodies to be healed from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.  I speak life!  I speak healing!  I speak health to every cell, every organ, every function of your body, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Be healed in His mighty name, Jesus.  Amen.

4/26/16 Lee Iacocca - Do you remember him?

 

A friend sent me this article the other day that I would like to share with you. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did. I shared it at church and everyone encouraged me to put it out, so I am.

 

 

Could you believe that Lee Iacocca is 94 years old and is still KICKIN’ butt? Check out his latest rant.

 

Just as true today as it was when his book first came out. He was, and still is, a brilliant businessman!

 

Often we need to be reminded of Iacocca's words, Remember Lee Iacocca, the man who rescued Chrysler Corporation from its death throes?

 

He's now 94 years old and has a new book, 'Where Have All The Leaders Gone?'.

 

Lee Iacocca Says:

"Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage with this so called president?

 

We should be screaming bloody murder!

 

We've got a gang of tax cheating clueless leftists trying to steer our ship of state right over a cliff,

 

We've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even run a ridiculous cash-for-clunkers program without losing $26 billion of the taxpayers' money, much less build a hybrid car.

You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore.

 

The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs.

 

While we're fiddling in Afghanistan , Iran is completing their nuclear bombs and missiles and nobody seems to know what to do.

 

The liberal press is waving 'pom-poms' instead of asking hard questions.

 

That's not the promise of the ' America ' my parents and yours traveled across the ocean for.

 

I've had enough. How about you?

 

I'll go a step further. You can't call yourself a patriot if you're not outraged.

 

This is a fight I'm ready and willing to have. The Biggest 'C' is Crisis! (Iacocca elaborates on nine C's of leadership, with crisis being the first.)

 

Leaders are made, not born. Leadership is forged in times of crisis. It's easy to sit there with thumb up your butt and talk theory. Or send someone else's kids off to war when you've never seen a battlefield yourself.

 

It's another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling down. On September 11, 2001 , we needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes.

 

We're immersed in a bloody war now with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving, but our soldiers are dying daily.

 

We're running the biggest deficit in the history of the world, and it's getting worse every day!

 

We've lost the manufacturing edge to Asia , while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered by health care costs.

 

This country has the largest oil reserves in the WORLD, and we cannot drill for it because the politicians have been bought by the tree-hugging environmentalists.

 

Our schools are in a complete disaster because of the teachers' union.

 

Our borders are like sieves and they want to give all illegals amnesty and free healthcare.

 

The middle class is being squeezed to death every day.

These are times that cry out for leadership.

But when you look around, you've got to ask: Where have all the leaders gone? Where are the curious, creative communicators?

 

Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense?

 

I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point.

 

Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo?

 

We've spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened.

 

Everyone's hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping the government will make it better for them. Now, that's just crazy. Deal with life.

 

Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing.

 

Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when 'The Big Three' referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, look what Obama did about it.

 

Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debt, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening.

 

But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry.

 

I have news for the Chicago gangsters in Congress.

4/2/2016 What can we do when we face challenges in our life?

 

When I don't know what to do when I face a situation I just don't know how to handle, I go to God's word for His answers. Many times God leads me to Psalm 23.

 

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures.

 

Wow! That speaks volumes. It means that I shall be prosperous in all things, no lack. I have perfect health! I am strong! God guides me! God loves me. I will always be young (no ageing in my body)! Well, what must I do to deserve this? It is simple. God tells us – we must follow Him. The Scripture says “He leads me ….”. He is our good Shepherd.

 

God’s original plan for us was to be prosperous, healthy, never age, be strong, to love Him, and have a relationship with Him. However, sin came in with the first Adam and the whole human race fell. God sent Jesus, the last Adam, and put all of our sins on Jesus Christ at the cross. He who knew no sin became our sin.

 

Now, this was God’s love plan for us. God took Jesus’ righteousness and credited it to all of mankind to those that believe in Him. Because of Jesus’ righteous act at the cross, we became righteous in God’s eyes because of His Blood. A DIVINE INTERVENTION TOOK PLACE! Because of one-man sin all of mankind suffered. Because of one-man’s righteousness, we became righteous who believe.

 

Rom 4:25 (YLT) Jesus who was delivered up because of our offenses and was raised up because of our being declared righteous. In other words, God declares that because of the cross, we who believe, are righteous in His eyes.

 

We need to declare that we are the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ! Why? Because we are! God said so in His word. Does that mean we are always righteous no matter what? Yes! A thousand times yes! When the enemy comes in and reminds you of all the things you have done wrong, just tell him that I am the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ. That will send him packing because he knows it is God’s word and he can’t go against that. He just didn’t know that you knew that. He will turn tail and run away from you.

 

Rom 5:1 Therefore, having been made righteous by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Now you might say, what does this verse have to do with anything! Plenty! You might have a financial debt, a disease in your body, depression you fight, lack, fear, or any problem that has ever challenged you. Every problem that has ever challenged you all boils down to this – fear – fear that God is mad at you for something that you did in your past or present. You’re afraid God is not on your side! But, if you believed that you are in right standing (righteous before Him at all times) then what can any of these challenges do to you. God is more powerful than any challenge you can ever face.

 

When the Lord is your Shepherd, you shall not lack. No depression, financial debt, disease, or whatever the case may be can stop the love of God from coming to His child’s aid. God is always for you! Never against you! Nothing can ever come against you and survive.

 

Because of Rom 5:1 we have peace that God loves us and is working on our behalf. We just have to invite Him in to our situation. Allow God’s peace to flow over you that He is working all things out for your good and His glory!

 

Always remember your righteous standing with God. Because of your sins, you may not FEEL righteous, but that does not negate what Jesus did and God’s acceptance of the debt paid. Jesus said – It is finished! He didn’t say this is only a temporary fix. No, He said it was finished. He never put a time frame on it meaning it is finished now and forever! The moment you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, from that time on, you were made righteous now and forever. We must know that! Without a doubt in our heart!

 

Jesus is my Shepherd. I shall always be prosperous in all areas of my life. All we need to do is to learn to follow Him. Believe we are righteous before God. Know that He is for us and not against us. Today, invite Him in to whatever situation you face and He will work out all things for your good and His glory.

 

When you have doubts, just say –

 

► I am the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ.

 

► I have perfect health.

 

► I am forever young.

 

► I am strong.

 

► I am prosperous in every area of my life.

 

► God’s peace flows through me.

 

► God always guides me.

 

► I am crowned with God’s favor.

 

► My walled (bank account) is jammed and crammed full of money.

 

► I am too blessed to be stressed.

Reign in life!

We all want to reign in THIS LIFE, but we sometimes struggle because we don’t fully understand God’s word.  I heard a sermon by Joseph Prince the other day that helped me to fully understand how God wants me to reign in this life now.  Not when I go to heaven, but NOW in this life.  I want to share this message with you because I believe that this is God’s timing for us to be blessed in all areas of our life. 

 

Rom 5:17  For if by one man’s offense death reigned thru the one (Adam), much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

 

These 2 gifts are what makes the believer reign in life.  When you reign in life, your addictions don’t.  When you reign in life, your bad habit’s don’t.  When you reign in life, diseases don’t.  When you reign it life, there is prosperity. When you reign in life, the devil doesn’t. 

To reign in life is not an achievement that you earn nor is it a reward, it is “received”.  It is a gift of God because of what Jesus did on the cross for us.

 

Righteousness means right standing with God.  Receive is present tense.  It means active in the Greek.  In other words, it is not just a onetime experience when you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.  It is PRESENT TENSE.  You keep on receiving. 

You need to receive this gift daily especially when you fail because that is the time when it really matters.  Let’s say you just got angry with someone.  You need to stop right then and there and say:  Thank You, Father, that I am the righteousness of God by Christ Jesus. 

 

Let’s take this one step further.  We can say this out loud to God when we are discouraged/depressed about something or when we are in bondage/addicted to porn, drugs, cigarettes, can’t lose weight, or whatever the case may be.    

 

Let me illustrate what I’m talking about.  You have tried for years and you can’t stop smoking.  You’ve been smoking since you were a teenager.  You know it is not healthy for you to continue to smoke, but you can’t stop.  You have tried everything.  So, now you have given up.  No! Instead do this.  Every time you puff on a cigarette say:  Thank You, Father, I am the righteousness of God through Jesus.  I receive your righteousness now.  Do that every time you take a puff.  Then one day, you find yourself smoking less and less and finally the very thought of smoking makes you nauseated.  Now you have overcome that addiction, but it won’t be by your will power, but by the power of Jesus Christ. 

Wow! How did that happen?  It is like this, God transforms us by way of heart transformation with the life set of the Holy Spirit.  Bondages will drop off!  You will be free!

 

You cannot ever lose your righteousness even when you sin because you never received it by your works.  It came as a gift from God by Jesus.  He is everlasting righteous, therefore, you are too.  When you believe you are righteous by faith, every addiction, depression, disease, etc. will leave.   

 

The second gift is the gift of the abundance of grace (favor).  God wants to bless you in all areas of your life particularly in your finances.  All throughout the Bible, He shows you that He blesses abundantly.  Not just a little, but more than you ever dreamed of.  Why?  So you can bless others and through you show the world how much He loves His children. 

 

The more you believe that you are righteous through the blood of Jesus and have received His gift of the abundance of favor, the more you will have peace, joy, love, and prosperity.  It is this position that gives birth to reigning in this life according to God’s word in Romans 5:17.  Believe it and receive it!

Sixty  Seconds With God

 

Have you ever been in deep depression for months or discouraged because of the things that are happening in your life?  You are not even sure if God is still listening to your prayers?  Is the enemy constantly playing mind games with you?  Does he bring up all your past failures?  You think of all the shoulda, woulda, coulda’s that IF you had made different decisions how life might be different now.  All these negative thoughts soon become overwhelming and you sink further into depression. 

 

If that is true for you now or you have been there before, then stop and listen for a moment.  I have been reading a book called One Minute With God by Dr. Keith Ellis. In it he talks about being in a dry place and you really need that 60 seconds with God to change things.  I would like to share some of the things that he talks about so that no one ever has to go through that dry place again.

 

First, God waits on us to invite him into our storm/situation.  Your invitation thru prayer is often a setup for the miraculous.  The KEY to seeing Him work is being willing to call out to Him for help.  Most of us don’t ask God, they just assume when we talk to Him about our issues that we want Him to help.  But God is a gentleman.  He will never push Himself on you.  He is waiting anxiously for you to ask. 

 

KEY #2 is spending consistent time with Him in prayer and reading His Word.  Words are powerful and contain life.  If you have been dealing with long-lasting problems, continuous difficulties, chronic pain and sickness, torment, or experiencing any form of depression from the enemy, God wants to help.

 

How do you get Him to respond?  #1 Ask for Help.  #2 spend time with Him.  Don’t just spend 5 minutes and leave and think that will do the trick.  No.  You don’t do that to your family.  Or I hope you don’t.  Each member of your family (mothers, dads, children, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and the list goes on) wants you to spend TIME with them. When you do this they know they are loved.  Oh, you think not!  You think that THINGS can replace you spending time with them?  Well think again.  No one wants THINGS, they want to know they are really loved.  At the end of the day, do you remember the THINGS people bought you or do you remember the good times you spent with each other?  Well, your Father is the same way.  He wants you to spend time with Him.  It doesn’t mean that you have to quit your job and spend all day with Him, but what it does mean is that you spend quality time with Him and do it consistently.  Get my drift? 

 

Next, when you pray, pray with expectation and with a revelation of who He really is.  He is God Almighty!  There is nothing too difficult for Him.  He breathes life into your situation and changes it instantly.  He speaks to those things that are not as though they were.  He knows the number of hairs on your head.  Nothing surprises Him.  He loves you unconditionally.      

 

Key #4 – repent.  We all know sin blocks the flow of the Holy Spirit from moving thru our spirit, releasing the health and life of God.  If you feel like God is a long way off in heaven somewhere and you can’t reach him, then something is blocking that because He is right there by you.  In fact, the Holy Spirit is inside of you.  The Word says that He is closer to you than a brother.  No one can take you out of His hand.  So what is the hold up?  You.  Well, how do I do that?  For starters how about repenting of your cold cold heart?  If you repent, He is faithful to forgive us and life will begin to flow through YOU fresh, once again.  Remember the story of the prodigal son that when he was on his way back home, his father was watching and came running toward him and he fell into his father’s arms.  God has no throwaways.  He wants all of us to fellowship with Him always.  Nothing should ever separate you and your Father.  Father will always restore and we can now go boldly into the Father’s presence because of what Jesus had done for us at the cross. 

 

Now that the basics are out of the way, we can focus more on who our God is and the knowledge that He made us in His image.  Once you get the revelation that God’s Holy Spirit lives INSIDE of you and that you are spirit and God is Spirit and just how close you really are to Him. Life begins to change.  He is no longer in heaven.  He is there with you all the time.    

 

When we are in the Father’s family room, we can talk to Him just as if He were sitting next to you.  Now God’s Spirit begins to share things with your spirit.  You begin seeing situations from His perspective, then hope returns and faith arises.  Our vision is restored in the spiritual realm.  We all want God to move for us in the miraculous.  We need to expect them and believe for them.  We need to TALK about them. 

 

Key #5 – exercising your faith.  Faith is a vital part of your journey.  When we have confidence in God, we have faith in God. 

 

Perhaps you asked God to do something and He didn’t do it like you wanted Him to or perhaps it didn’t happen at all.  This created insecurity in you.  Don’t put God in a box.  Simply trust God to do it His way!  God knows everything and He has not turned a deaf ear or a blind eye toward you. 

 

A lot of people beg God instead of believing Him.  Don’t let that be you.  God tells us in His word that He is working behind the scenes for our good.  Believe Him.  Trust that He is powerfully working in the unseen.  Be thankful that He is working on our behalf.  Pay careful attention to what comes out of your mouth because what we speak flows from the abundance of our hearts.  Life and death are in the power of the tongue.  Keep your thoughts and your speech positive. 

 

God used His words to create the universe.  Our words are that powerful.  We are made in the image of Almighty God.  That same Spirit is inside you and me.  God spoke to things that were not seen and because of His words, they came into existence.  God uses the words of your mouth to get His job done! What is coming out of your mouth?

The Right Link to Health

The other day I was listening to Joseph Prince talking about why Christians are missing the right link to having perfect health.  It really made me stop and think because there isn’t a person that I know that doesn’t have something wrong with them health wise.  It could be back pain, can’t sleep at night, migraine headaches, or some disease that they are battling and these are Christians too.  We are NOT supposed to be having these issues.  We have Christ living inside of us.  He is The Healer. Because of his message, I thought I would pass it on to you.

 

The Bible talks about laying hands on unbelievers for healing the sick.  When Jesus was on this earth, He always laid hands on the sick, but that was, of course, because there were no believers yet.  God often demonstrated the healing of the sick to attract the unbeliever.

 

So, what are the provisions for believers? We can still lay hands on the sick, but that is not God’s best!  Why do you need healing when the Healer lives inside of you?  For example:  I am a believer and you, an unbeliever, are sick.  I lay my hands on you because the Healer lives inside of me.  The Healer transfers His power through me via my hands to the unbeliever.  The unbeliever is healed because of God’s healing power.

 

Every believer has the Healer inside of them. 

 

God’s best is to live in the New Covenant.  Romans 8:11 says – But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. 

 

We have one God who is a triune being – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  In Genesis, God said, let’s make man in our image.  We are a triune being.  We have a spirit, soul, & body. 

 

In Rom 8:11, the triune God is mentioned twice in one verse.  If the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead ….” Do you see the Father raising Jesus from the grave through the Spirit of Jesus, the Holy Spirit?  Then the last part of that verse – He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit.”  There again is the triune God raising Jesus from the dead.  It took all 3 to raise Him from the dead.  This is a double portion verse! A double anointing if you wish.

 

Romans 8:11.  “And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.”  This righteousness means this is a gift from God not given for right doing.  We were made righteous by what Christ did for us on the cross.  Righteousness is a gift from God to us.

 

Rom 8:10 “And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.”  God will give life to your mortal body.  Amen.

 

Here is an illustration of what the Bible is saying:  You are made up of 3 beings in one body.  Spirit, soul, and body.  If you were divided into 3 beings it would look like this:

Say – I am a spirit.  I have a soul.  I live in a body. 
You are not your body.  You live in a house.  Your soul and spirit will come out and your body will stay here.  Now you take on the resurrected body that Jesus has.

 

If you are a believer:  your spirit and God’s Spirit commune together for God is Spirit. 

 

If an unbeliever:  you are cut off from God.  Your body can never connect with Him.  Now, once you have Jesus in your heart, your spirit comes alive.  You go to church and your spirit grows and strengthens because of the Word of God that you’re taught.  For illustration purposes, let’s say that your spirit gets stronger and stronger.

 

The Bible says in Rom 8:10 the Holy Spirit wants to quicken your mortal body, but the body is dead because of sin.

What is in the middle?  Your mind (soul).  The mind stops the spirit from touching the body directly.

 

How does the mind do this?  By reminding you that you sin all the time.  That you are unclean.  In other words, you don’t believe that God forgives you for all the sins you have or ever will commit.  That is being carnally minded.  God says that is death.  That is why right after you ask Christ into your heart you need to go to a good church that teaches the Word of God so that your mind can be renewed.

 

Now, your spirit becomes alive because of God’s gift of righteousness through His Son.  But, if your mind does not know you are righteous then the Spirit can’t touch the mind and the mind can’t touch the body. 

 

It is a truth that every believer is righteous even if they don’t know it.  You can think you are unclean, but truth is you are clean in God’s eyes.  God wants to talk to you, but if you believe you are not worthy to talk to God because your mind believes this, then healing will never come.  You need to know God’s Word in order to renew your mind.  It is the renewing of the mind that allows the spirit to move and touch the mind so that the body receives the healing power of our God.

Can you see how they are now linked together and can touch each other when your mind believes what God says? Now the mind knows you are righteous and your body is healed.  There is no longer a division between them.

The Spirit is constantly telling us that we are healed.  We are righteous.  So every time you say – I am the righteousness of God in Christ, you are giving LIFE TO YOUR BODY. 

 

Jesus came to this earth so that you could have life and life more abundantly. 

 

Rom 5:17 For if by one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will REIGN in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

 

Adam caused death to come.  Through Adam’s offense death came because of sin.  God called Jesus the Last Adam.  Today, Jesus is our Adam.  So, through Jesus much more those who receive abundance of grace and the gift (not a reward) of righteousness will reign in life. 

 

What 2 things do we need in life?  The abundance of grace (undeserved favor) and to receive the gift of righteousness.  You will reign in life!  You will reign in the fullness of life!

 

You receive God’s abundance of grace when you fail.  So when you fail just say – halleluiah I receive the gift of righteousness and the abundance of His grace.  Don’t let yourself become sin conscious, but if you do then right afterwards remember to say, Thank You, God, I receive the gift of righteousness and the abundance of Your grace.

 

Don’t forget to thank Him for his wonderful gift to us who believe.  Remember it cost God His Son’s life.  Be grateful always.

GRACE

 

Did you ever stop to think what God’s Will was for you?  His will was never for you to live under the Law (rules and punishment).  It was the Israelites who asked for it and so God gave it to them.  But, God had always wanted you to live under Grace (love, favor).  (Heb 10:9)

 

For God to give us Grace, it cost Him the highest price that He would ever pay for man.  It cost Him His only Son, Jesus Christ. 

 

In Hebrews 10:10, tells us that we have been sanctified (made Holy) through the offering of the body of Jesus once and for all. That means that your position with God is Holy for all times.  It was a finished work!  But that is not all – all the blessings of the Holy One come on you.  Because you are so special, God sets you aside from the world. 

 

After Jesus offered His body, one sacrifice, for our sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God.  Jesus sat down because our sins were purged once and for all.  God says in Hebrews 10:17 that their sins and their lawlessness I will remember no more.  In the Old Testament, God says He will remember your sins and it shall be passed down to the 3^rd and 4^th generation.  In the new covenant, God says He will remember them no more.

 

By His death, Jesus opened a new life giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy place.  (Hebrews 10:20 [NLT])  If you are sick, the more you come close to God, you receive life into your body, your bones.  The more you come to God the more life He pours into you.  In the Greek “by a new and living way” means freshly slain.  In other words, Jesus opened up a new freshly slain way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh.  That means that the death of Jesus happened right now!  For you!  That is the spirit that you must come to God in.  His blood gave you the right to be there in His presence.  God sees you in His Son.  God is not somewhere in Heaven, but here right next to you through the Holy Spirit.  Talk to Him as if He was standing beside you because He is.  Jesus ripped the veil to give you direct access to His Father. 

 

Hebrews 10:22 goes on to say, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.  Once you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit will give you full assurance that you are saved and have eternal life.  God’s word declares it and the Holy Spirit backs it up. 

 

What is an evil conscience?  That’s the voice that tells you that you can’t come to God because you sinned earlier today.  What you need to do is focus on the Blood of Jesus and not on your sins.  Focus on God’s love for you, not your sin.  Don’t let anyone talk you out of this either for it is written in His word for all to see.  Many people try to confuse people with this passage and make them think that they are still under the Law, but don’t let them drag you down.  God sees you in His Son.  Because of the Blood, He remembers your sins no more. 

 

We have the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  We need to lift up others who don’t know about the finished work of the Cross as well as those who are saved, but haven’t been taught.  God is not out to get you.  He is out to forgive you, to bless, and to make you live in abundance. 

 

The Lord bless you with the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  The Lord heals you, protects you, and delivers you from harm and accidents.  The Lord protect you from every disease or infection.  The Lord heals you now from any disease in your body and removes it in Jesus Name.  The Lord makes His face to shine on you and be favorable unto you.  May you walk in the super natural favor of God all week long.  The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and grant to you His peace.  Amen (so be it)

Unnecessary Spiritual Warfare

 

Do you feel or have you ever felt like the world is getting more and more evil? Does it look like Christians are being targeted for their faith? And persecuted for it? Even in America? The whole world seems to have gone awry lately.

Do you feel, in your personal life, like things are going wrong? Do you feel like you’ve been under attack more than usual? It’s because the evil one is having a field day. He knows the Word of God says that united we stand, divided we fall and his plan is to do just that.

 

I have never seen the United States more divided than it is today! Even our families have been hit with division, strife, and every evil thing. So, what should we do? How can we fight back?

 

Don’t go into your prayer closet and do 30 minutes of unnecessary spiritual warfare coming against every evil spirit and the evil one himself. That just doesn’t work. It may make you feel better, but it just doesn’t work.

 

I just heard a message from Kim Clement, God’s Prophet to this Nation. He said that we need to heed what the Bible says to do about it. First, pray to our Heavenly Father! He needs to have us ASK Him in prayer because nothing can happen until we, His children, ask. The Bible says “we have not because we ask not”.

 

Second, God said we need to pray for our President and leaders in this Nation.

 

Third, the answer is found in II Kings 6. It is so simple.

 

In verse 17-18, Elisha is surrounded by the Syrian army and in the natural only he and his servant are standing there and his servant is filled with fear. “And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.”

When praying to the Lord, say “Father, thank You, that there is more of those who are with us than those that are against us.”

What does Elisha do next? “So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, and said, “Strike this people, I pray, with blindness.” And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.”

When we are praying to the Lord in our prayer closet, we can ask the Lord to blind the enemy of poverty, the enemy of sickness, or every enemy that is facing us now. The Spirit of God will go out and blind them so they have nowhere to go.

Fourth, don’t forget to say “God said” when addressing the enemy because that gives you a two-edged sword against him.

Last, remember to thank Him for fulfilling His word that He has given you this day and for the victory over all your enemy(s).

Always remember that the most powerful tool in your arsenal is PRAYER! United prayer moves the Hand of God. God needs His children to come together in prayer, ask Him, and then speak out blindness to come upon our enemies. In this crucial time we need unity in this Nation and in our families. Don’t let the enemy rob you of time or get you to focus on other things instead of what needs to be done. God’s plan is so simple. Pray the plan He has laid out for us and see the Hand of God move in our family and in our Nation. Amen.

5-2-15  America in Trouble

I have followed Prophet Kim Clement since the 1990’s and he is no gloom and doom prophet. So, when he starts prophesying that for the future for this Nation, I sit up and take note.

 

Prophet Kim has been in his prayer closet since last Wednesday when God woke him up and asked him to pray for America.  However, before I get into what God told Prophet Kim, I need to give you a little background. 

When this prophesy came out a few years ago, I wrote about it and asked all to pray for President Obama.  This is the prophesy that Prophet Kim delivered to him:  God said that Pres. Obama needed to have a “captivating love” for Israel and that if he didn’t that his power and influence would be removed.  Further, that if this didn’t happen God would scrape you off the streets.  As we all know President Obama didn’t have a change of heart towards Israel and if anything his attitude towards Israel has gotten worse.  Because our President did not head the message from God what Prophet Kim is seeing in the future is what will be taking place from now throughout the summer.

 

God said, I have upheld this country and I started it from the beginning of time to spread the light to the ends of the world and also required us to support and be a friend to Israel.  In return, God would richly bless this country.  It was President Truman who brought Israel to the United Nations and Israel became a Nation. 

 

Here is what God showed Prophet Kim that is about to take place in America:  children being killed and destroyed.  He saw the fall of the markets, social and political upheaval, economic upheaval, and violent action. There is a terror event in the U.S. and Europe.  This is very well planned by the powers of darkness.  A period starting now and going into the summer and if God doesn’t intervene there will be many, many deaths.  Prophet Kim also saw Russia and the Ukraine again.  Putin has gone in and killed church leaders in that region because he is afraid of the church rising up.

 

There is a teaching in the Bible about the Ark of the Covenant and it is pertinent to what is happening today.  What happened to the Ark of the Covenant?  Eli was the High Priest and was wicked.  His sons were taking the offerings and making Israel despise the giving of the offerings.  The Philistines came against Israel, but Israel was so confident they would win this battle that they didn’t even need the Ark of the Covenant.  Israel went out 4,000 in number and all died.  It came back to the Elders and said to bring the Ark of the Covenant into the midst of them and “it” should deliver us.  They called the most sacred thing not a “He” but an “it”.  God was in the Ark of the Covenant.  His presence was there! 

Removing the name of God from our schools (in comparison they called the Ark of the Covenant  an “it”).  They call that secular humanism and that’s what they did.  They brought the Ark of the Covenant into battle with them because they thought it was a formula for winning. 

 

The Philistines were listening and they said what’s going on.  Why isn’t Israel jumping and shouting that the earth is shaking.  They said let us act like men (secular humanism) and they stole the Ark of the Covenant which was sacred to God. 

 

We want the Ark of the Covenant back in this Nation.  We want the sacredness that was once in our Nation back!    

So the Philistines stole the Ark of the Covenant and after that the Bubonic plague started on that soil.  The Bubonic plague came because they took something that was sacred to God. 

 

Kim said that he saw a spiritual Bubonic plague among the heathen nations, the secular humanist, and atheistic countries like you have never seen before.  God is not pleased!  But God told him clearly that if My people who are called by My name would pray together with you and they would give and bless Israel that He would pour out a blessing and bless this place that God would call this place sacred for a season. 

 

Samuel spoke to the house of Israel, if you will return to the Lord He will deliver you from the hand of the Philistines.  Samuel told Israel to gather together and the Prophet Samuel immediately started pouring out water (offering) and then they fasted and prayed and said, ‘we have sinned’.  When the Philistines heard about this they began to attack Israel.  Israel said to the Prophet Samuel, please do not stop praying to God for us that He may save us from the Philistines. 

(This is what Prophet Kim is doing for us right now.  He is praying that the evil that is taking over our schools and our children’s minds be stopped.) 

 

Samuel took a pure lamb as an offering and then he cried out for Israel and the offering went before the Lord and the Lord delivered them.

 

Prophet Kim said that I as your Prophet will not stop praying for you and the countries God has put on his heart, but you must prepare a pure offering to bless Israel then the Lord will bless you and protect you.  God said that if thousands of people would bless Israel today they will see a difference from now thru the summer.  God will protect you financially and He would cause people to fall on their knees in the street.  If you want that, if you want your enemies to turn around from advancing before you and be defeated in our presence. 

 

Our God, Father of Light, I call on You today.  I ask You to speak to Your people today.  Keep Your hand upon this Nation and your people that you would execute vengeance upon those nations that are rising up against us and as we give this pure offering to you would you hear us from heaven and hear our cries and our tears.  Lord, place Your hand upon us.  Destroy our enemies in the presence of Your people.  Bring restoration to our families and to our Nation.  Bring back righteousness.  Bring back the life that our Forefathers had when they wrote the Constitution, The Declaration of Independence and other historical documents.  Let us not be fearful, but give us Your light to change America back so it would be a land that You would be pleased to inhabit.  Let this Nation be a habitation for You once again.  We ask it in the name of Yashua.  Amen.

Blood Moon and what does it mean?

What is the blood moon lunar eclipse?  It is when the Earth comes between the sun and the moon and blocks the sun’s rays.

 

This phenomenon will happen 4 times between 2014 and 2015.

 

Here are the dates:
4/14-15/2014    Passover
10/8/2014     Feast of Tabernacles
4/4/2015      Passover
4/18/2015     Feast of Tabernacles

 

This is the 4^th time within 500 years this has ever happened. 

 

Here are the other 3 times:
1492            Christopher Columbus discovered America and America has been a
                     safe haven for the Jews ever since.
1948            Israel becomes a Nation.
1967            6 Day War – Israel takes back Jerusalem. 

 

What happened during the blood moon eclipse that we just had?  A nuclear agreement was drawn up.  This is the sign we have been waiting for.  This is a setup for Israel.  God is about to do something for Israel.  Watch and see.

 

Can you see this?  The blood moon eclipse – the Sun shining on the Earth, the Earth blocks the rays, and the result is a blood moon?  If I rephrase this – the Son shining on the Earth, the Earth blocks its rays, and the moon turning to blood.  The redemptive message of God as seen in the heavens revealed for all of mankind to see.  What an awesome God we serve!

4-5-15 The Ten Commandments

 

Did you know that our Founding Fathers were so inspired by Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5 that they formed the basis of our American law and society for America?

 

The Bible speaks of four types of laws – Ceremonial, Moral, Judicial, and Social Compact laws. The Ceremonial law relates to the temple regulations, symbols, sacrifice, worship, dietary laws and the nature of what was considered clean and unclean, laws of purification, etc.

 

For Christians, these types of laws have been superseded by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross who fulfilled all the requirements of the Ceremonial law. Jesus is now the means by which we are made righteous. Easter celebrates the love of Christ for us. No more sacrifices or shedding of blood for the remission of sins is required (Hebrews 10:4-14 and 2 Cor 5:21).

 

The behavior that God declares morally unacceptable includes: rape (Deut 22:25-27), adultery (Lev 20:10), incest (Lev 20:11-12, 20-21), murder (Gen 9:6), sodomy (Lev 18:22; 20:13), idolatry (Exod 22:20), blasphemy (Lev 24:10-16), Sabbath breaking (Exod 31:14-15), etc.

 

The Judicial Law is the civil and statutory laws that take the rights and wrongs from the Moral Law and assign penalties for their violations i.e. murder, theft. The Judicial Law can change.

 

The Social Compact Law are the laws governing society to provide for order.

 

No one can dispute that the Ten Commandments formed the basis of American law and society. For this reason, a copy of the Ten Commandments would be found hanging in a government building rather than a religious one.

 

Our Founding Fathers had wisdom beyond their years because they always looked to Him for guidance (James 1:5). They had such an overwhelming passion and trust in God that they were never afraid to show it in their writings - the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Mayflower Compact, etc. – and their daily walk. They came primarily for religious freedom, but ended up evangelizing the world.

 

We are a country with a proud heritage and nobody can take that away from us. Lord, I pray, raise up a George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Abraham Lincoln to become our next President. Give us Your wisdom to elect officials, now and in the months to come, to rule over us who are just men who will rule in the fear of God, able men, men of truth, hating covetousness. Amen.

4-4-15  Exodus 18:21

 

There have been many different forms of government that have produced widely varying results, some good, some bad, and some awful.  The Bible mentions 7 of them, but for lack of time I’ll just mention the one that our Founding Fathers established and entrusted to us was a constitutional republic.  Many believe that we have a democracy in America, but our Founding Fathers had an opportunity to establish that and deliberately chose not to.  In fact, Article IV, Section IV of the U.S. Constitution requires that: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government.

 

America framed its government to elect representatives according to the directive of Exodus 18:21:

Furthermore, you shall select out of all the people able men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain; and you shall place these over them as leaders of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties and of tens.

 

Thus we elect our own leaders at the local, county, state, and federal levels, and we should elect God-fearing honest leaders at every level. 

 

Exodus 18:21 establishes a constitutional republic.  To Israel, God gave them the above verse to choose their leaders only after He first had given them a framework of laws to govern their nation.  In following that guideline so did our Founding Fathers by giving us our Constitution, based on God’s higher law (Moral Law).  They believed that it was a law higher than any elected official and a law to which every citizen and government representative must confirm. 

 

This higher law identified specific inalienable rights that God gave to every individual, which provided equality and equal protection for every person in the practice of his God-given right, including those of life, liberty, prosperity, self-defense, religious worship, security of the home, justice in legal proceedings, etc. 

 

In Exodus 18:21, God commands us to choose rulers who are just men who will rule in the fear of God, able men, men of truth, hating covetousness. 

 

The preservation of a republican government depends on the faithful discharge of this duty.  If the citizens neglect their duty and place unprincipled men in office, the government will soon be corrupted; laws will be made not for the public good so much as for selfish or local purposes.

4-3-15  Did you know . . . .

 

I’ve heard a lot, and I imagine so have you, about the controversy over the separation between state and church. The reference, of course, is to the First Amendment that states:  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof". 

 

If our Founding Fathers meant for us to not include God in our daily lives, then they would never have allowed the Capital building to be used for church services as it was the largest church in Washington, D.C. by 1867, having a 2,000 membership.

 

Did you know that there are 2 chambers in the Capital building so that the House or Senate members could go to pray for Divine guidance before passing a bill(s)?  Yes, it’s true.  Our Founding Fathers were very much inspired and sought Him for answers in their lives.

 

Do you know what makes our government unique among the nations?  How is it possible that our government has not changed in over two centuries while operating under the same governing documents?

 

There are reasons why America has been the most stable nation in the world.  The answer is found in Exodus 18:21.

4-2-15  The Truth/Founding Fathers 

 

Did you ever wonder just what was going through the minds of our Founding Fathers when they left England in pursuit of religious freedom?  Did it ever cross their minds of what they would face once they got here? 

 

No, I don’t think so.  After reading a book , The Founding Father’s Bible, I am convinced that all they had was a strong faith in God, their Creator, that He would somehow bring them through. In my school years, I always had an admiration for our Founding Fathers, but truly my admiration has grown after reading this book. 

 

It was Elias Boudinot who saw a correlation between the account in Exodus 13:3 and what was happening in America.  As with Israel, much occurred in the many years leading up to and following our Independence, but the turning point was one specific event for America:  the approval of the Declaration of Independence on July 4^th. 

 

For Israel, it was the deliverance from a state of bondage in Egypt to an unreasonable tyrant (the Pharaoh) was perpetuated by the Passover Lamb; and God commanded them to remember that one particular event and to celebrate the anniversary of that event every year thereafter (Exod 13:8-10).

 

For our Founding Fathers this story in Exodus was a source of inspiration to them because they saw themselves in similar circumstances of oppression and tyranny from which they pleaded for Divine intervention and deliverance.  They knew that the Creator was watching from His throne the oppressions of His people in America and that He was still strong enough to deliver and mighty to save our people in America from the King of England (Psalm 24:8 and Zephaniah 3:17).  

 

If you are going through something right now in your life that has you down and thinking that things can only get worse instead of better, do what our Founding Fathers did – have faith in God that He is still on the throne and eager to deliver you from whatever situation you’re facing right now.  Always remember, He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13: which means if He did it before, He’ll do it again!  Amen.

12-30-14 Radical Grace

 

In the last few weeks, I have been flipping through the channels and listening to some of the messages

that well known ministers have brought to their people and it is just DEPRESSING. I am so sick and tired of people saying that America is evil and we are doomed by God. I’ve even heard mighty men of God and

prophets say that God has left America and that we are on the verge of collapsing.

 

Hog wash! Enough of that kind of talk! Do these people really believe what they are dishing out? If

they do, then they need to resign from God’s team.

 

God tells me that where sin increases, grace much more abounds (radical grace).

 

I’m here to tell you that God is not finished with this nation nor has He given up on this nation either! God said, “Not while I'm alive and I AM eternal.” So, why are we spitting out negative words and agreeing with our enemies like ISIS. Don’t you realize that our words carry a lot of weight? Instead, we need to start prophesying and praying positive words such as:

 

God is making provision and abundance not only for me, but for the USA.

The USA is debt free and so am I.

The USA shall stand strong against her enemies. A move of the Spirit shall be so strong in America and it begins Now!

God is bringing forth, in this next election, a President that shall stand with

righteousness.

God is bringing forth a new righteous political party that is of Him.

God is bringing forth an administration and a president that will rule with righteousness and unusual miracles will begin to happen from the very oldest to the very youngest.

God rules and reigns in the USA.

 

Now that this is settled, I’ll go back to radical grace. Our God abounds in radical grace for His people even when they do wrong. You see, in heaven, your weaknesses and all the wrong things you do are no longer recorded because of the Cross. God only sees the good in you.

 

I heard this the other day from Joseph Prince - do you think that when you go to heaven that God is going to play a video of your life and show ALL the wrong things that you did? No! He is going to show everyone the good things that you have done because of His radical grace towards you. It is only by radical grace, pure grace, that your life will be changed.

 

We are about to start a new year, a new beginning, and I believe what God wants from us in this new year is to show to others God’s radical grace. I believe that God started revealing it to the children during the holidays last year with the movie FROZEN and then again this year with MALEFICENT. If you have children then you already know what I’m talking about. If not, then I encourage you to see them. There is a common theme in both -- love, true love, and how love can unfreeze a heart (Frozen) and love can break a curse (Maleficent).

 

Every one of us carries a hurt deep inside for one reason or another. Both of these films show how love can unfreeze a frozen heart and/or break a curse. All we have to do is look around us. It could be a family member, a church family, a neighbor, a co-worker, or just someone that God had crossed your path with that you could bring the Love of God to them because of His radical grace towards you. It could be a smile. A helping hand in the grocery store. A word of kindness, a prayer, or whatever God puts in your heart to do.

 

I think God started all this with the children because they have tender hearts and somehow can show us how to give love unconditionally. (Remember, God even said that we can’t enter the kingdom of God except as a little child.)

 

I believe it is God’s perfect timing for us to stop the condemnation that exists in this country. Condemnation of those who have had an abortion or getting one, to those of different color, or of any other religion that isn’t Christianity, or to those who are gay/lesbian.

 

A song that came out of Frozen and hit the charts was called LET IT GO! That is what God wants us to do – Let It Go. Who knows what can happen in this world if each one of us just did one act of love towards someone every day. You can warm a frozen heart, heal a deep hurt, or just listen to them. Why not Be a Life Changer in 2015!

12-17-14 Are You Sick and Tired?

 

Are you sick and tired of being politically correct in saying “Happy Holidays” instead of Merry Christmasand Happy New Year?

 

Are you sick and tired of being ruled by the minority? We live in a democracy whereby we are ruled by

the majority or did we forget that? If you are offended, you have the option of leaving this country any

time.

 

Are you sick and tired of being told you have offended someone and are told to remove a Christmas displayor if you are a Pastor you must marry them even if they are of the same gender?

 

Are you sick and tired of all the negative reports coming from the news media every day? There are so

many good people doing amazing things for others and are going un-noticed. They are truly our un-sung

heroes. Don’t you think the media could report on them too?

 

Are you sick and tired of our court system taking God out of our heritage? All of our historical

documents reflect that those who wrote them clearly believed in the Creator of the Universe and were not afraid to say so.

 

Are you sick and tired of our school system teaching the wrong ideals to our children? I was appalled tofind out that my grandchildren did not know why we celebrate Thanksgiving. They knew nothing about the

Pilgrims, religious freedoms, or anything like that.

 

Today, I was listening to the radio and heard the discussion about "what should you give to a teacher forChristmas." One of the hosts said that there was nothing wrong in giving a bottle of wine to a teacher. He said that the teacher needed a drink after spending 7 hours with our children. Wow! What a statementto make. If that is true, then we as parents have failed our children. I remember that if I messed up

in school all my teacher had to do was call my parents and I was in big trouble when I got home. I nevermade that mistake again.

 

What has happened to this country? My son said just yesterday that it was time to take back America. Itis time to be bold enough to say Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year. It is time to stop the

courts from interpreting our laws by laws in other countries or from misinterpreting the INTENT of what

our Forefathers meant when they wrote the Declaration of Independence or our Constitution. Our

Forefathers had the guidance and the wisdom of the Creator when these documents and laws were written.

This country was birthed from our Creator and He made this country the greatest country on earth. Yes,

we have done things wrong, but we have done many more things right. Thank God that He made a covenant

with our Forefathers or we would not be here today.

 

Where are the Ben Franklin’s, the Thomas Jefferson’s, the John Han[edit]’s. We need their boldness today. We are the silent majority and it is time for us to stop being SILENT!

 

What can I do? First we can pray to the Most High God for His assistance in taking back this country.

Then listen to see what He wants each one of us to do and then do it.

 

If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired then join me, we are still God’s chosen generation thatwill turn the world upside down. We were Hand chosen by Him for such a time as this. Look out world, weare back!

DO WE EVER THINK ENOUGH ABOUT HOW REALLY GREAT GOD      IS?

             

God's accuracy may be observed in the  hatching of eggs.. . .. . . 

For example: - the eggs of the potato bug hatch in 7 days;

                       -those of the canary in 14 days;

                       -those  of the barnyard hen in 21 days;

                       -The  eggs of ducks and geese hatch in 28 days;

                       -those of the mallard in 35 days;

                       -The  eggs of the parrot and the ostrich hatch in 42 days. (Notice, they are all divisible by seven,

                        the number of days in a week!)

 

God's wisdom is seen in the making of an elephant. The four legs of this great beast all bend forward in the same direction. No other quadruped is so made. God planned that this animal would have a huge body, too large to live on two legs. For this reason He gave it four fulcrums so that it can rise from the ground easily.

 

The horse rises from the ground on its two front legs first. A cow rises from the ground with its two hind legs first. How wise the Lord is in all His works of creation!

 

God's wisdom is revealed in His arrangement of sections and segments, as well as in the number of grains.

                       -Each watermelon has an even number of stripes on the rind.

                       -Each orange has an even number of segments.

                       -Each ear of corn has an even number of rows.

                       -Each stalk of wheat has an even number of grains.

                       -Every bunch of bananas has on its lowest  row an even number of bananas, and each row

                        decreases by one, so that one row  has an even number and the next row an odd number.

                       -The waves of the sea  roll in on shore twenty-six to the minute in all kinds of weather.

                       -All  grains are found in even numbers on the stalks, and the Lord specified thirty  fold, sixty

                        fold, and a hundred fold, all even numbers.

 

God has caused the flowers to blossom at certain specified times during the day. Linnaeus, the great botanist, once said that if he had a conservatory containing the right kind of soil, moisture and temperature, he could tell the time of day or night  by the flowers that were open and those that were closed!

 

The lives of each of you may be ordered by the Lord in a beautiful way for His glory, if you will only entrust Him with your life. If you try to regulate your own life, it will only be a mess and a failure. Only the One Who created your brain and your heart can successfully guide you to a HAPPY end.

9-30-14  Pray if you want to!

 

The other day I read this from Andy Rooney and it struck home base with me.  I hope it does with you too. 

 

 

Andy Rooney says:

 

I don't believe in Santa Claus, but I'm not going to sue somebody for singing a Ho-Ho-Ho song in December.

I don't agree with Darwin, but I didn't go out and hire a lawyer when my high school teacher taught his theory of evolution. 

 

Life, liberty or your pursuit of happiness will not be endangered in any way because someone says a 30-second prayer before a football game.

 

So what's the big deal?

 

It's not like somebody is up there reading the entire Book of Acts.  They're just talking to a God they believe in and asking him to grant safety to the players on the field and the fans going home from the game.

 

But it's a Christian prayer, some will argue.

 

Yes, and this is the United States of America, and Canada,  countries founded on Christian  principles.  According to our very own phone book, Christian churches outnumber all others better than 200-to-1.  So what would you expect -- Somebody chanting Hare Krishna?

 

If I went to a football game in Jerusalem,
I would expect to hear a Jewish prayer. 

If  I went to a soccer game in Baghdad,
I would expect to hear a Muslim prayer.

 

If I went to a ping pong match in China,
I would expect to hear someone pray to Buddha.

 

And I  wouldn't be offended. It  wouldn't bother me one bit.

 

When in Rome  .....

 

But what about the atheists?  Is another argument.

 

What about  them?

 

Nobody is asking them to be baptized.  We're not going to pass the collection plate.  Just humor us for 30 seconds.  If that's asking too much, bring a Walkman or a pair of ear plugs.  Go to the bathroom.  Visit the concession stand.  Call your lawyer!  Or, just exercise their right to leave this country!

 

Unfortunately, one or two will call their lawyer.  One or two will tell thousands what they can and cannot  do.  I don't  think a short prayer at a football game is going to shake the world's  foundations.

 

Christians are just sick and tired of turning the other cheek while our courts strip us of all our rights.  Our parents and grandparents taught us to pray before eating, to pray before we go to sleep.  Our Bible tells us to pray without ceasing.
Now a handful of people and their lawyers are telling us to cease praying.

 

God, help us.  And if that last sentence offends you, well, just sue me.

 

The silent majority has been silent too long.  It's time we tell that one or two who scream loud enough to be heard that the vast majority doesn't care what they want!

 

It is time that the majority rules!

 

It's time we tell them, "You don't have to pray;  you don't have to say the Pledge of Allegiance;  you don't have to believe in God or attend  services that honor Him.  That  is your right, and we will honor your right; but, you are no longer going to take our rights away.
We are fighting back, and we WILL WIN!"

 

God bless us one and all.  God bless America and Canada, despite all our faults, we are still the greatest nations of all. 
God bless our service men who are fighting to protect our right to pray and worship God.

 

Let's make 2014 the year the silent majority is heard and we put God back as the foundation of our families and institutions.
