Please go and see this portrait of Shekinah that was painted by Joanna - the daughter of Rebecca and Humblepie. She has it posted on her blogspot portrait gallery. Joanna is one of the most talented painters we have ever seen - and I think 17 years of age? http://joannamarieartwork.blogspot.com/ When you visit our home, you will see this picture displayed in our living room, above the stairs, easily seen by everyone who enters our home. Then it took several more weeks before we got it framed. It looks so much better framed. We all grieved over your loss of Shekinah. I remember when Joanna told us she was going to do a painting of Shekinah, because I was thinking of asking her to and she already thought of it! We love you and care for you. Shekina is with Jesus!!! I think that when you were all calling for her to return she chose to stay with Jesus. You will see her again, the christian hope of the resurrection! She saw our names in the lamb's book of life and said, "Hey, they will all be here soon enough - I am just going to hang here and enjoy this place!" Joanna, you really deserve to earn your living with your artwork - what a gift you have. We can feel so much love pouring out of that picture toward our family and Shekinah. Joanna Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 Another blessing, definitely... the friends that I had frame the picture did another framing job for me, and when they emailed with how much I owe them for the recent frame, they said I didn't owe them at all for the frame on the picture of Shekinah! It was probably about $50 or $60 worth, since they generally charge $15 an hour... !!!!!!!!!!! I was wowed...
