No award or anything - but kind of cool to be the 1000th person to register on the forum! Yes, we do want to give some awards out for some things. Fastest learner (Largeone50) and some other awards - but we don't know when this will happen. Someday... Welcome to our world... sometimes things just perculate for a while! We love our couples - you are all friends. Not just people we have helped. You are our FRIENDS. Years ago, BEFORE our marriage healing, we had some prophetic words. One was "I brought you out of the fire. Now I will take you back into the fire to bring others out." (Remember, God's prophetic words often have time inferences that are different than ours. Consider that Issaih said, "unto you a child is born today" - in that case, "today" was 2000 years later. God often says thing for the future as if they are already done. When we got this prophetic word, we were still IN the fire of a serious marriage issues - but the Word was "I brought you out of the fire" as if it were already a fact.) In God's mind, the future IS a fact. So prophetic words often say what is to be in the future as a present or past fact. A second Word that we received in this same time was "I have surrounded you with an entirely new set of friends. I see you surrounded by many new friends." HELLO! Here we are. We are LIVING these prophetic words -and SO ARE YOU! YOU are part of what God was talking about. God chose YOU to be impacted by what He wanted to do in us -and WE are impacted by what God wanted to do in YOU. We are all walking smack dab in the middle of God's prophetic words for our lives. Even if you have never received a prophetic word, and even if you don't believe in it, YOU were included in God's plan. God knows YOUR name! God knows YOUR address! Okay - now we are going to Jay and Christy's house to have New Year's Day lunch with Jay and Christy, Doug and Kelley, Robert and Liliana and Tom and Amy (plus our kids and theirs) - all four of these are couples that we talk about at the Weekend Marriage Intensives! Christy had the original dream (literal night time dream while sleeping) of seeing a cruise boat with an large banner on it saying "Intimate Moments with Joel and Kathy". This was before we had ever personally been on a cruise. We did not even know if we would like a cruise! Now we have been on a few and we LOVE CRUISES! What a great way to vacation!
